I am a doctoral student in Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University, with research concentrations in dream studies, relationships, shamanism, and ecopsychology. My work explores how dreams, expanded states, intimacy, and our relationship with the animate world catalyze human transformation.

Along my journey, I have had the honor of studying with master teachers of meditation, yoga, dreamwork, tarot, Ayurveda, and sacred ritual practice. I bridge my esoteric studies with a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, bringing psychological depth and spiritual insight in how I hold space for others.

I began exploring consciousness and connection to nature while growing up in the forests of New England. Spontaneously, I started meditating at age eleven. From then on, I had a natural proclivity toward spirituality and read anything I could get my hands on from Be Here Now, to Ishmael, to the Tao Te Ching. I began practicing yoga at eighteen, and later experienced my own healing crisis in my early twenties. I turned to yoga, meditation, and holistic practices to heal myself. My esoteric education began in earnest at twenty-four when I studied the Science of Ayurveda at Mount Madonna Institute and had the privilege of sitting with Baba Hari Dass, the silent monk. Ever since, I have been devoted to healing mind, body, and spirit in alignment with Creation.

My dreams came online when I moved to the forests of Nevada City, California at age twenty-eight and experienced my first teaching dream. Since then, dreams have been at the center of my spiritual practice. Lucid dreaming, psychic experiences, astral projection, precognitive visions, and profound symbolic encounters have expanded my consciousness and continue to guide my life and work.

Today, my path is devoted to helping others reconnect with the wisdom of the psyche, the imaginal, and the more-than-human world. I believe dreams are not merely personal—they are relational, ecological, and, at times, visionary. They can become portals into healing, creativity, healthier relationships and deeper belonging within the living cosmos.

Together, we work with our dreams as teachers and guides in the process of coming into contact with our true nature.
