Meet the Guides
Alexandra Carelli
Alex is an artist, teacher, and psychedelic guide. She is a founder of ThetaSoma™ where she co-leads the ThetaSoma™ Level One training and facilitates psychedelic journeys and integrations in her own practice. She is a current doctoral student in Transpersonal Psychology with an emphasis on consciousness and creativity. Alex holds a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, 1000+ hours of training in Yoga & Ayurveda, and is currently pursing a certification in dream studies.
Anthony West
Anthony is an artist, creator and co-founder of ThetaSoma™. He is passionate about supporting others to heal their ancestral lineage, activate purpose, and expand their creative potential as human beings. Anthony offers 1:1 mentorship and creativity coaching, as well as facilitates the ThetaSoma™ Level One training program.
Ann Averbach
Ann is deeply committed to helping others transform their lives through yoga. Founder of DiviniTree Yoga Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara, Ann’s mission is to help build conscious community. She studied anthropology and Eastern religion at Northwestern University and has a masters degree in Education. Her classes are uplifting, creative, inspiring, and full of wisdom. She lives and breathes yoga and community, and is committed to helping yogis on the path of awakening to live more authentic lives that are in harmony with the earth.
Nacho Rodriguez
Several years ago this multi-instrumentalist musician, originally from Chile, dedicated himself to the path of service with Mother Ayahuasca. His prayer is to create a bridge between the plant and people’s souls in order to go deeper into the infinite path of self-knowledge. He learned from different Maestros and started holding ayahuasca retreats and plant medicine retreats from the jungle in a deep pathway of healing. He moved to Peru 8 years ago where he started working with Sacred Valley Tribe and Diego and since then is a part of this family.
Alex and Anthony will offer 1:1 and group sessions that cultivate a deeper level of connection to your self and soul — and expand your creative capacity.
Throughout the retreat, each attendee will create music & art that evokes the spirit of this journey together. This will be an expression unique to you; a painting, a drawing, a poem, a song, a short story, or even a business plan! … or any other medium that calls to you.
Sacred Plant Medicines, huachuma and ayahuasca, expand our vision and increase our capacity for creativity.
We will have the unique opportunity to experience private plant medicine ceremonies with our intimate retreat group, facilitated by local curanderos (medicine people).
We will offer (1) ayahuasca ceremony and (1) huachuma hike. After the journeys, we will facilitate 1:1 and group integration support.
The sacred plant medicine ceremonies are (always) optional.

We will enjoy 3 meals per day cooked by an incredible Peruvian chef in our luxe accommodations, complete with organic bedding and a beautiful yoga sanctuary.
